I became a mom at 17.Before I had the chance to figure out who I was…
I was already responsible for someone else.
For a long time, I felt overwhelmed, exhausted,
and like there was no space for me
I was constantly:taking care of everything
putting myself last
feeling guilty anytime I needed a break
I thought that’s just what being a good mom meantBut it left me burnt out…
and disconnected from myself
